About CliniqQ
Healthcare in India shouldn't mean a crowded waiting room and an hour of guessing when it's your turn. CliniqQ turns a clinic's queue into something you can see, book, and trust — from your phone.
What we do
CliniqQ is a software platform that helps clinics run their day and helps patients skip the chaos. Scan a QR code or open a link to book a visit in seconds — no app, and just a name and mobile number. Then watch your token move in real time: how many patients are ahead, the average consultation time, and roughly when you'll be called. When a doctor offers it, your visit can happen over secure video, and your prescription arrives digitally — ready to view, print, or save.
Why we built it
Indian clinics juggle walk-ins, appointments, phone calls and paper tokens all at once — and patients pay for it with long, uncertain waits. We built CliniqQ to remove that friction on both sides: give clinics a calm, organised queue and honest reporting, and give patients a clear place in line without standing in one. Better information means shorter waits, fewer no-shows, and a healthcare visit that respects everyone's time.
Built for India
CliniqQ is designed for how India actually books a doctor. Patients need only a name and mobile number — no email, no forms, no app download. The interface works in English and Hindi, dates and wait-times are computed in local time, and billing is GST-compliant out of the box. It runs smoothly on everyday phones and modest networks, so it works for a busy city clinic and a small-town practice alike.
Who we serve
From a solo doctor running a single chamber, to a multi-doctor clinic, to a hospital with several branches — CliniqQ scales to fit. Clinics get queue and token management, a public booking page with a QR code, live waiting-room displays, video consultations, digital prescriptions, patient reminders, ratings, and clear daily reports.
Privacy & trust
Health information is sensitive, and we treat it that way. CliniqQ is built around India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: patient data is isolated per clinic, access is tightly controlled, and patients can view or erase their own records. Video consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. We collect only what a booking genuinely needs — nothing more. You can read the details in our Privacy Notice.
