How your information is used when you book through CliniqQ. Aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).
What we collect
Only what is needed to manage your visit: your name, mobile number, and (optionally) age, gender, and reason for visit. We do not ask for anything beyond appointment and consultation management.
Why we use it (purpose limitation)
Your details are used solely to create your token, manage the queue, and let the clinic see your booking. They are not used for marketing or shared for unrelated purposes.
Consent
You provide clear consent at booking. You may withdraw it at any time by deleting your data (below), after which processing stops.
Who can see your details
Clinic staff (doctor, reception, admin) of the clinic you booked with. Public screens (waiting-room TV, your tracking link) show token numbers only — never your name, mobile, or reason for visit.
Data retention & erasure
Your data is retained only as long as needed and is automatically purged after the clinic's retention period. You can erase your data yourself any time from your booking's tracking page using “Delete my data”.
Security
Access is restricted per clinic, tracking links use unguessable codes, and sensitive fields are not exposed on public pages.
